Employee Benefits for Weld County School District RE-1

The Weld RE-1 School District offers three health insurance options through Anthem and Kaiser for all full-time employees. These include two deductible plans through Anthem Blue Cross and a deductible plan through Kaiser Permanente.

Employees will also have option of enrolling in Recuro Health Telemedicine. Recuro Health provides 24-hour access to an Urgent Care Provider at no cost per use, through the Recuro App. You need to be enrolled at $10.50 / month for this service. This plan also covers over 800 Generic Prescriptions at no cost as well. You can use the prescription drug card to fill your current prescriptions; they do not need to be prescribed by a Recuro Health provider.

In addition, the district offers a group vision plan through VSP and dental through Equitable 9 networks. Through these networks, you can go to any dentist you would like.

Equitable's Life Insurance

All employees of Weld RE-1 are required to enroll in Equitable's Life Insurance program as part of their benefit package. For employees under 65 years of age, this is a $25,000 benefit.
