All parents and guardians have a right to equal access to information about their student’s education, as well as any school-sponsored activities or parent meetings. To that end, Weld Re-1 school district offers translation of all communication home as well as interpreting services for meetings and communication about school events.When families register their student(s) with the district, they are asked what their preferred communication language is, and whether they are requesting translation services. This information is available for all staff to see in Infinite Campus so that they can check when they are reaching out to communicate with parents/guardians and arrange to have an interpreter make the contact if needed.
