One free breakfast and One free lunch is provided daily per student receiving a hot lunch, per the Healthy School Meals For All Act. This meal includes one Milk, an entree, WholeGrain, and a full Salad bar. Any additional items need to be purchased from money in the student's accounts or money in hand. We take cash and checks at all schools.

Money on students' accounts can be used for any extra items purchased or Ala Cart items, including extra milk that is outside of the meal provided. The student must have money on their account or in hand to receive any additional items; nothing can be charged.

Please take advantage of the options to prepay on your student's meal accounts if they will be purchasing extra items daily. Prepaid accounts help the lunch lines and Ala Cart lines go faster and give students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.

Send Check or Cash

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in a sealed envelope marked clearly with your student's name, ID #, their teacher's name, the dollar amount, and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or any school front office.

Portion sizes and Extra meals

Portion quantities are determined by the USDA meal patterns by age and grade groups. Quality of food, not quantity is what builds healthy minds and bodies. All schools utilize the “offer vs. serve” system. Students must select 3 of the 5 food groups and one item MUST be either a ½ cup of fruit OR vegetable. This allows students to choose what they would like to eat, and reduce food waste.

Students may have extra fruits and veggies for free if they finish their 1st meal or they may purchase an additional meal at any time for a discounted price.
