Welcome to the WELD RE-1 new student registration

Please gather the following document to register your child for the 2024-2025 school year.

Proof of Residency: this can be a recent utility bill ( electric, water, gas) warranty deed, current signed lease agreement, or a signed closing document if you recently purchased a home

Birth Certificate: A copy of your child’s official birth certificate

Immunization Records: Please provide your child’s most recent immunization records.

Returning Students

If your child is already enrolled in our school district, you can update their information for the 2024-2025 school year by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

If you need help resetting your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Password, please get in touch with your child’s school directly. They will be happy to assist you.

Important Note

Per the Board of Education, all parents and guardians must annually review and sign off on important school policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to do this during the online registration process. Additionally, please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.

Letter of Intent to Homeschool

A letter of intent must be submitted 14 days before beginning the home school program to a Colorado school district of a family's choosing. The family submits the letter directly to Weld Re1 through this form. The letter of intent must include the name, age, place of residence, and number of attendance hours for each child that will be participating in the home school program. Should you begin your home school program during the school year, you may prorate the 172 days of instruction requirement against the attendance already completed. Written notification must be re-submitted to a Colorado school district each year.
